IELTS Academic, PTE, TOEFL, CAEL, CELPIP, or other accepted tests
Must be taken within the last 2 years
Scores must meet your DLI's minimum requirements
Academic Documents
Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
Must be from a Canadian Designated Learning Institution (DLI)
Unconditional LOA strongly recommended
Must include DLI number
Tuition fee receipt
First year tuition fee payment recommended
Official receipt from your DLI
Educational documents since Grade 10
All semester mark sheets (consolidated mark sheets not accepted for post-secondary education)
Degree and diploma certificates
Academic achievements and awards
Transcripts from all institutions attended
Immigration Medical Exam (IME)
Required for:
Citizens of certain countries
Study programs longer than 6 months in certain fields

Dependent Children: Required Documents
Include these documents for each dependent child accompanying you to Canada.
Who Qualifies as a Dependent Child
Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, a dependent child is:
Under 22 years old and not married or in a common-law relationship, or
22 years or older who has depended substantially on parental financial support since before age 22 and cannot be financially self-supporting due to a physical or mental condition
Documents Required for Each Child
Identity documents:
Valid passport (all biography, signature pages, visas, and stamps)
Digital photo meeting IRCC specifications (view requirements)

Signature Authorization (Optional)
Provide a clear signature on plain white paper using a blue ballpoint pen. This allows us to digitally insert your signature, saving time and paper.
Alternative: Manually sign printed application forms and send scanned or paper copies.
Document Quality Standards
All documents must be:
Clear and legible
Complete with all pages included
In color if original is in color
Properly oriented (not sideways or upside down)
Showing all four corners (not cropped)
Translations: Documents not in English or French require certified translations along with original documents.
